The People...
Definitely what makes the difference is the people, those who welcome you as if you were family, those that no matter your colour, your face, your skin, your race, they always have a smile, those children run to you just to say: Hello! Hi! How are you?, What´s your name? May I take a selfie?. Those woman who even busy with housework, always have a warm smile for you.
In the busy streets, all the cars, tuk tuk, people, motorbikes, cows... and more and more, we still can see that each person have their own way, their own business, their own style. They are doing their lives in the streets with the family, kids playing wind kites in the terraces, woman are sewing and talking with the neighbors, men are playing cards. Each corner you find a man selling fruits, bananas, oranges, grapes, pomegranates, and another one sells the vegetables, cauliflower, peppers, peas... It´s a mix of vibrant colours.
Day and night the sound of the horns is constant, anyway there are still corners where only birds can be heard.
In the middle of the caos you can be still, you can see the beauty, you can appreciate.
The local people makes all the diference, the way they treat foreign people can tell a lot about the country.
Wherever we go, we always want to be welcomed.
Look at the sky, it´s full of dreams, it´s full of wind kites.
